I am proud to say that I was born and raised in Saskatoon. As a young person I left and moved (as thankfully an increasingly fewer number of young people do today) to Calgary.

I have since lived, worked and traveled to countries around the globe and cities from coast to coast but chose to settle and raise a family here in Saskatoon.  I believe there is no other place like it.

The prairie, the people, the sights, the smells, the 'living skies' ... all drew me back and convinced me that the 'Saskatoon quality of life' that we take for granted, may be our most precious yet most undervalued commodity...

I began my career as a Saskatoon REALTOR in 1978 and rode the ups and downs of the interest rate roller coaster that lasted until early 80's.  When I think back I wonder how any of us survived and how anyone was able to qualify for a mortgage when the rates were 21 or 22%!  I learned that real estate agents were a pretty tough bunch who had to work VERY, very hard!
